Fees for trading

The fees for trading on BSE-Sofia are described in detail in the Tariff of fees. The fees below, except for the cases pursuant to Art. 26 (2) and (3) of the Tariff, are due by each investment intermediary being a party to a completed order, including the cases of cross transactions. All fees are VAT exclusive.

*Bulgarian Stock Exchange - Sofia and the Central Depository exempt their members from fees for trading in government securities, as long as the members themselves do not charge their clients accordingly.


For market makers

Once every month, not later than the 10th day of the current month, the Exchange checks the extent to which the market makers fulfilled their obligations during the last preceding calendar month. If as a result of the check no breaches of the requirements for the activity of the market maker concerned are ascertained, the Exchange remits the market maker the amounts paid as trading fees in connection with the activity as a market maker of the financial instrument concerned.
in addition to the fees mentioned above, the Exchange reimburses the respective market-maker of shares or exchange traded products with 0.015 (zero point zero fifteen per cent), but not less than BGN 1.00 (one) and no more than BGN 7 500 (seven thousand five hundred) of the value of each executed order.
